"Today AGAIN the website is down. This is so unprofessional when we have to ask our customers if we can call them back to take their payment later because Intuit's website is down...again. An apology e-mail from the CEO won't cut it this time. We want a refund on our monthly fee. We are looking into other providers. It isn't exactly rocket science to accept credit cards via the web; seems like someone would figure out how to build a reliable website if you are going to charge merchants to use it."
