"I would love it if the customer profile kept track of birthdays, anniversaries, or other special dates so that you could send them an e-card or post card. I love that the program links up to your outlook so you can very quickly and conveniently send customers an email, but i wish that you could also send mass emails to a group of customers.
I found the program easy to use, I did have a problem linking it to my quickbooks pro, but that is mostly because i am not familiar enough with the program."
