WITH A FEW UPGRADES THIS COULD BE THE BEST
Date:February 12, 2010
"QB Point of Sale, as a whole has the potential to be a great program, however, if you are switching from another program, be prepared to spend hours/days getting everything moved over properly. We have been using QB since Jan 1, 2010 and I am still having issues getting Financial and Point of Sale to properly synch my customer information and transactions. Every time I go to do a deposit through QB, it's like a treasure hunt. 3 out of 6 transactions end up being placed in an inactive customer acct. I have duplicates and even triplicates of some customers in QB and removing them takes too much time. There are several other 'issues' with things like not being able to import my templates for WO, PO and Receipts, not being able to track serial #'s, etc. QB is supposed to be top of the line and I believe it would be if they could get back to the basics of Customer Service."

"Data transfer to Quickbooks financial software is confusing and makes reconciling the bank account a nightmare. Having to process American Express separately adds to the confusion."

great integration
Date:February 5, 2010
"Great integration to QB. Funding time takes a day longer than previous merchant service I had for four years. More transactions seem to process at the mid-tier qualifiying rate than the lowest advertised rate than previous processor. Overall convenience is huge since my employees do not have to rekey transactions into terminals as it is fully integrated into QB Point of Sale."
