"I wish there were better fraud controls in place. It's gotten to the point where it's hard to do business. Not a very conducive climate for growth. We do most of our business now under the umbrella of another merchant service because it filters out the bad apples and we don't have to worry about them. We're willing to pay more for the extra protection."
