"I have enjoyed using QuickBooks merchant service. The only negative right now (and it is a big one to me) is that Quickbooks has not hooked up with eBay to allow credit card payments directly through eBay checkout. Because of this I will probably be forced to leave QuickBooks Service for another one that does have this feature."

"I've been a big Quickbooks fan since 1996 and have only used QB for all of my accounting for my business. When I decided to accept Credit Cards last year I didn't hesitate to choose Quickbooks and it was the best decision I've ever made for my business. "QBMS is fairly easy to learn and use, with decent features and a wide range of functions. The major limitation is that it only works with a limited number of online stores. If you use one of the supported shopping carts, you'll probably be happy with QBMS. However, there are only a small handful of stores that interface easily with QBMS; if you want to use stores outside their "recommended partners", then it's very difficult to configure. This won't matter to some, but it can be a major issue if you don't want to use the (generally more expensive) recommended web stores."
