"My group has been with IMS for several years and I have been extremely satisfied with the ability to process Cred Cards through the computer. When we set up the shopping cart on GoDaddy, I was excited that I could connect with Quickbooks. It would get the information from the website SC to the Manage Merchant Services functions (it does) and then create a Sales Receipt - True automation-Wahoo!
BUT I have not been able to complete the process to ?download the information into a QKBKS sales receipt. The documentation to set up the connection is not clear and I would recommend better ?help screens, etc. I'm sure it's something simple that I'm over-looking, but I don't even find a search that covers my question. The Web Connector is installed, but not connected? Do my Shopping Cart items have to match the Qkbks items exactly? Am I just not seeing a certain button on the Manage Merchant Services screens? Where can I see a detailed tutorial?
I'm sure this function is as good as it promises, but first you have to navigate the set-up, and I haven't made it yet."
"The monthly reports are impossible to read. I need a decoder ring and I have no time for this. Also need a service that verifies credit cards on the front end. Instead switching to PayPal merchant services. Sorry."
"I highly recommend this service despite the poor web interface. They are professional, reliable, precise and well-priced. I have no problem reaching "real" people on their help line and have always gotten speedy answers to my questions. Our transactions have been handled without a problem.
If they would just improve their web interface to be more intuitive and functional, I'd give them 5 stars."
