"It is very hard to write a recommendation for the Merchant Services, as it didn't fit with my business. If a business sends prepares and sends invoices it is very convenient, time saving, and functional. However, I don't invoice my income accounts, and therefore my receipts went to an asset account (undeposited funds), and there was no way other than to cancel the deposit and redo it with the income account that needed the credit. It was in fact causing me more time use and inconvenience than I had with using my bank's Merchant Services and entering my income by hand. If you could correct this situation, I think I would try your merchant services again."
