"One problem is that they are still not able to sync with Quickbooks Enterprise 2009 in reference to automatically importing the fees into the accounting software so you always have to go the long way around. Otherwise very easy to use."
"System is relatively good, however, had them place a hold on funds from one client for week due to "potential" fradulent charges. Wanted way too much info for verification since had used this client's card in the past w/o issue"

"I use this in my small CPA Business. Getting the card information captured and the integration with QuickBooks is good.
Where I believe the process falls down is afterwards. It takes longer to receive the funds than my previous processor. The monthly statement is confusing and not nearly as easy to read or reconcile as my previous processor. I have had problems with the wrong information regarding fees downloading to QuickBooks.
As a ProAdvisor, the fees are very competitive, and the integration of the front end with QuickBooks is friendly and useful. I just wish that Intuit would work on the back end processing to do it more quickly and more accurately, and with better understandability."
