"I have found many of the features found in QuickBooks are timesaving, but I also think the directions for setting up these features are far too complicated. For first time business persons, more instruction is needed. At least I need extra help."

"I have been useing Intuit since January and have been prettty satisfied so far. Though the trasactions do seem to take longer then using a card machine. We are a new. very small business and has worked well so far."

"The billing solutions credit card email process does not work well since the authorization is based on zip code and not the security code. I've stop using it since when it fails it ties up the customer account for 24-48 hours before the money is released. Can the authorization be changed to the security code? Part of the problem is that my customers are small businesses and the cards they use often have zip codes associated with their home address and not their business. When asked the question on the email they input the business zip code (incorrectly) and the authorization fails. Then it ties the customer account up for the amount of the failed transaction whcih has been a big problem for us."

"Love the program, works great, easy to set up and run monthly charges for my service customers. My only complaint is I hate the monthly fees. Considering I already bought the program and I am paying premium credit card fees I don't see why I have to pay additional monthly fees with no equipment. It should/could be more beneficial if I was doing more credit card business but it really cuts into my profit to offer it until I get more customer response. Other than that, love it!!"
