"We have been a customer for over 6 years. No charge backs or any issues. Our company has grown in the these years but Innovative Merchant services has not. 3 weeks ago, out of the blue, they withheld a transaction. Client approved and everything. Why? The amount is too high, but we have done the same amount for 4 years in a row!!! They are just transferring money and they act like they are loaning me the money my client has paid me. I think at 30 employees we have outgrown Quickbook Merchant Services (Innovative)."
