"If Quickbooks truly wants to compete and be a "Full fledged Enterprise Billing Solution" then it needs to have more features. The features that it does have the end user is pigeon toed in what you can and cannot do with them. The recurring invoice (memorized invoices) are a joke. When the most recent invoice generates, it won't show previous balances so the customer when they get the bill thinks their account is current.
Not enough features, and the features you do have are very restricted in what you can and can't do. That is the reason we will be leaving quickbooks.
QuickBooks is great for Joe the Plumber, but for companies that have recurring services they sell, this software just doesn't cut it."

"We have a number of customers who pay with their credit cards. It is so easy to send the invoice, check the allow online payment box, and most of them will pay their invoices immediately. No waiting for them to submt check requests to their payroll department, wait on the next scheduled payment processing, mail, etc. No hold on the funds deposited to the bank as their is on some checks. It is a secure site so our customers feel safe. I don't have to keep their credit card numbers on file and be concerned about liabilty if my system security is compromised."

"It's a good service, but would be great if they worked harder to get it integrated into more online shopping carts. In this regard you choices are very limited, and in my case none of the available carts are sutable for what I sell."
