"This is very convenient and time saving. The only thing it lacks is a way to email receipts to my customers. The way it's set up now, I have to make a pdf of the receipt, then attach that to an email."

"This product is very solid. I have shopped around over the past few years and swithced banks as well. I have to say that none of the banks were able to beat the rates. While I think they can reduced, they are still the best I have seen. The customer service is great also. There have been times when customers were double charged and QBMS clears the problem right away with no questions."
"I really wish they offered the Merchant Services to Mac users instead of just windows users. I now have to run a windows virtual terminal on my Mac just to support my Quickbooks Merchant Acct.....
