"I like the ability to charge credit cards however, it's a little ackward to get to and the Virtual Terminal doesn't support Explorer 8. It's very easy to use once I get into it."

"I was opposed to using any form of merchant service as I didn't want to incur the fees in my very small business venture.
It occurred to me that, as a customer, I myself rarely used cash and I don't even have checks for my bank accounts. I use my debit and checkcards for more than 95% of my purchases. I pay my bills online. I often feel 'put out' by merchants who do not accept 'plastic' - and I generally avoid doing business with them.
So, I made a conscious choice to provide my clientele with the same courtesy I demanded in my everyday business deals - I would accept credit cards.
