Cons: unable to email customer receipts
"Our service based business has 30% of our customer's on automatic credit card payments. Almost every customer has used their credit card at least once for a repair or product above and beyond the normal service fee. We hate the percentage we have to pay QB Merchant services for credit card processing, but we have higher sales as a result of being able to accept credit card payments."

"I do not see most of my clients so being able to process card numbers w/o the card is helpful. Letting them have a site to do it is also a big plus. The only issues I have are that the card is not always varified even with the correct information and on occastion $ seems to take awhile to get into my account."
