"We've used the service for a bit more than two years. Printed statements are not so clear. But, with Quickbooks integration, it really doesn't matter much.
Refund handling isn't as simple as charges. We end up having to handle them semi-manually.
We don't swipe. We use security codes. Visa transactions usually come through with lowest rates. Mastercard transactions are usually MidQual. Go figure.
There may be slightly cheaper services, but our volume is relatively low, so that the value of the integration far exceeds any monetary difference.
We've rarely had to call Customer Service. Support has been OK.
Funding time is usually about two days, though the service doesn't find out and report it until the third day."

"The automatic payments are not working at all, They do not download into quickbooks at all yet when I setup automatic transaction, they charge the customers card, and deposit into our bank account, but no not ever showup in Quickbooks"
"The user interface is very poor. It is apparent that the merchant services software was not written by the same core group that writes the rest of QB. Plus the number of dialog boxes that you have to click through just to get an order processed, or something to be printed. The software should allow an experienced user to set up various procedures that are executed each time rather than make you go through the same things for every order. Two glowing issues are, first when you go into the credit card entry window the information form the previous transaction is still there. This should be cleared when you exit the window. And you have to type in all of the name and address data. If the Dymo label printer can find the address this software should. I would like to be on the evaluation team that looks at the software from a usability standpoint because it is apparent that nobody is dong this. I ALSO WANT MERCHANT SERVICES TO WORK WITH QB FOR MAC!!!!!!"
