"I love that this service streamlines our credit card processing.
My biggest complaint is 2009 Enterprise Solutions and processing American Express. When running a credit card manually we are asked for the CSC. After every American Express transaction I get the message "Card Security Code (CSC) Result - Unavailable The CSC result was not available for this transaction"
Which means I am being charged higher rates from American Express because Merchant Services is not processing the CSC. These rates are high enough that I have started to search for another company to run credit cards through and stop using merchant services.
I have called and complained to merchant sevices, but they told me that they had nothing to do with it. But we did not have this problem in Enterprise Solutions 2006, only when we upgraded to 2009."
