"I am new at this, so I may not be doing it right, but every time I go to the internet to record a payment or record fees in my Quickbooks, the posting result seems to happen differently. The last two times the credit card payments posted from undeposited funds to my bank account, even though they hadn't been completed yet by the processor. The first 2 times the fees didn't post at all in my Quickbooks. The third time they did. This fourth time they weren't there when I looked. Maybe they are there by now. I am an accountant, so I ultimately get it straightened out, but it would be difficult for my clients."
