"I converted our company over from PayPal when we started using QuickBooks. It is so much easier to take credit card payments with the QuickBooks Merchant Services. The payment is applied to the invoice and the deposit and fees are entered into the correct ledger account. With PayPal I had to go online and then print out what was being paid and then go in and book everything manually to QuickBooks. This is one stop processing. And we all know it is all about saving time as long as accuracy is not compromised. As an added benefit it is more cost effective!"

"It seems the picture portion of the service doesn't operste as well as the written discription section. Half the time I can not get the icons to open the program as they should. This is a definite program flaw."
"The billing is confusing and I would like to have simpler invoices that tell me exactly what I am Paying. It takes a long time to decipher it in order to reconcile the charges"
