"When it's working, it's really easy to use but often times, accessing and managing my merchant account in Quicbooks is really slow and there were times where it's just not accessible. I am not sure whether it's a software issue or a server issue but this kind of thing shouldn't happen at all."

"The Intuit Merchant Service and the integration with QuickBooks and Billing Solutions is excellent. The ability to download and automatically post payments to specific invoices is super. And my clients are delighted with their ability to pay from the email I send them with the invoice. I have not had to take a single credit card number from a client."
