"Nothing great about this, it's just like other merchant services. I don't like using the make merchant service deposits, because the date is wrong must be corrected and for the monthly fees it is separated into two fees but comes out of the bank in one fee. Makes reconciliation more difficult."
"When it's working, it's really easy to use but often times, accessing and managing my merchant account in Quicbooks is really slow and there were times where it's just not accessible. I am not sure whether it's a software issue or a server issue but this kind of thing shouldn't happen at all."
